In this podcast, I dive into my experience of being autistic and navigating my twenties. I explore topics such as my current time in University, my current favourite things, my autistic journey, and anything and everything in between. I started this podcast because, though there are numerous sources on the internet about being young and unsure about life, I’ve often felt like there was an extra piece of the equation for me that others don’t often mention. I’m hoping if you feel similarly that I can be a source of relatiably or comfort for you. New episodes every month (I’m working on starting a new hobby without doing too much at the start - a very foreign concept for me). A teary-eyed goodbye | reminiscing over friends, stressing about finals, & moving out

It’s been a minute! On where I’ve been, life updates, masking/unmasking, and a sentimental reflection on this past Uni year.

Content Warning: Meltdowns (definition, causes, and characteristics) are briefly discussed in this episode between 9:30 and 12:32. Feel free to skip as you see fit if this is a difficult subject for you <3

This episode was honestly a bit scary to post especially when talking openly about meltdowns, something I've never really done before. Meltdowns have often been something I have been made to feel shame for from strangers and peers alike throughout my life. However, I want to remind anyone who experiences meltdowns, including myself, that you are important, you deserve compassion and you are worthy of love, not only for the more accepted aspects of your autistic identity but the more challenging parts too.
