Jeannette Tashjian is the owner of Burbank Infrared Sauna, located in Burbank, CA. Today she joins NOL to talk about the incredible health benefits of FAR Infrared Therapy and Chromatherapy, a.k.a. light therapy.

Jeannette is a former American ballerina, a Physical Therapist, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and also worked for many years for Pharmacy and Medical Laboratory, giving her extensive knowledge in each of these areas. She opened the first FAR Infrared Sauna in March 2017, and she proudly educates her clients on the health benefits of FAR Infrared Therapy and Chromatherapy. Since opening her facility just several months ago, she has already seen 300+ clients walk through her door! I am personally grateful to have discovered Jeannette and her amazing sauna after receiving a recommendation to seek out infrared sauna therapy from previous NOL guest Tara Nayak ND (during my recent Personalized Nutrition and DNA consult).
