Erinn wanted to add that L in BUBBLE also stands for lochia (bleeding). We of course want to check on that as post partum nurses. Clots larger than an egg are concerning, and obviously bleeding too much is too. A woman should be concerned if she is soaking a normal sized pad in an hour or less.
