
Iliass Tanouti is a space systems engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Manchester and a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Space Studies from the International Space University (ISU). Recognized as one of the Top 10 Africans under 30 in the space industry in 2020, Tanouti is at the forefront of discussions on how Africa, particularly Morocco, can harness the space industry for socio-economic development.
