Toronto nurse Samantha and her fiance, long-term care worker Kwame thought that the pandemic had spoiled their wedding plans. But when they applied to a contest hosted by the Toronto Wedding Collective, a team of local business owners stepped in to gift them the wedding they thought wouldn't be possible.
