Jennifer Johnston’s guests this week are the American mezzo soprano Lucy Schaufer and her husband, the British tenor Christopher Gillett, who talk to her from their home in Wiltshire, England. Equally passionate about new music, supporting composers through their successful not-for-profit venture Wild Plum Arts, and food, they are both extraordinarily good cooks who believe strongly in the power of local produce.
