'notes from an eldest daughter' is a podcast for eldest daughters especially from immigrant families) who’ve carried it all and are finally ready to relax. This is your space to exhale. Through honest and relatable convos on identity, mental health, and the universal eldest daughter experience, we unpack the invisible weight that comes with being the first born, coming from someone who REALLY gets it (trust). If you're the strong one, the fixer, the role model, and you're ready to feel seen and supported, this space is for you! Soooo, put down the to-do list, take a breath, and just listen

wnrs wednesdays: the bday episode!

Another episode of ‘we’re not really strangers Wednesday’s’. Super excited for this episode as it's the bday episode! This podcast has really grown and become a constant in my routine and it's amazing to see how a goal has grown to become something tangible and active. So happy that I ended 23 doing something I enjoy, and I'm excited to see what 24 brings me! And as always, thank you to all those who’ve been supporting the podcast; it truly means the a lot 🫶🏾
