Raelene is a lived experience of ADHD and mental health advocate and the founder of Not Your Neurotypical Podcast on Spotify. Since being diagnosed at the age of 25, Raelene has spoken to women across the globe with a late diagnosis of ADHD and other disabilities to highlight the raw struggles of ADHD, how individuals living with neurodivergent conditions are misinformed, misrepresented and underdiagnosed. And the importance of finding your community and harnessing curiousity, can help improve your quality of life and improve your mental health.

Mel Harrison:

"I'm really interested to listen to your podcast, I think [...] a couple of things that resonated with me, was that no one is the same, and having a diagnosis is important but I think it goes beyond that and just being recognised and you know, being believed with what's actually going on, so thank you for the work you are doing."
