
Let’s uncover some Limiting beliefs that could have us in a chokehold. Limiting beliefs are negative self-perceptions that prevent people from achieving their goals, taking risks, or becoming the people they want to be. They can stem from painful experiences, comments by others, family and friend values and beliefs, and media messages. We face so many challenges throughout childhood, teenage years and young adulthood that shape our perceptions of what life is. Unfortunately, we have to actually do work to rewrite our reality and it’s not always easy or fun.
It is my hope that today’s message will resonate and ignite a fire in you to start flipping over some rocks of your own that will in turn be a positive change and worth the investment in yourself . You are worthy and able to achieve a peace like no other but its starts with us, change your thoughts and you’ll change your reality.
