In today’s episode we are discussing entertaining certain people, places and things that no longer serve us. We tend to do things “for the plot” against our better judgement. Once we discern situations and grow from them it is in our best interest to make choices in the greatest good of self. Boredom should never be the cause of taking steps backwards. I am giving examples of times when I was in my own season of feeling overly emotional for no apparent reason that caused me feel sad and down for days at a time. But in place of doing things to make me temporarily feel better I chose to pour into self and continuously prep myself because I know greater is coming !! This is not wasted time use this down time to benefit you !
