Episode 36 - Arsenal Weather the Storm at Old Trafford, Odegaard's Leadership & Eze to Spurs?
In this episode, Drew (@GeecheeKid on Twitter/@supplyanddemandrew.bsky.social on Bluesky) and Sham (@Shamsdale/@shamsdale.bsky.social) chat about Arsenal's first result of the season, a 1-0 win at Manchester United. The guys first address the online outrage over the quality (or lack thereof) Arsenal showed during the match and whether the Gunners' poor display is cause for long-term concern. They then highlight some individual performances, including those of Martin Zubimendi, Viktor Gyokeres, Riccardo Calafiori, David Raya, and Martin Odegaard -- when discussing Odegaard, they also touch on Tony Adams' recent comments regarding the Norwegian's status as captain. Drew and Sham close things out by discussing Arsenal's continuing issues counterattacking, how good they think United will be this season, and the prospect of Eberechi Eze joining Spurs.
