This idea that you need to “re-become” whole is bullshit. You are already whole, and you always have been. It really is that simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to embody. In today’s solo, Caitlin reminds you that your power is truly always there for you and that you get to be the leading energy of your life, not the overwhelming sensations that you feel some of the time. If you’re struggling with any of this, remember that, at any moment, you can plug back into your power source. At any moment, you can start living from your authority.
