
Social media and phone usage can make us feel connected in some ways, and lonely in others. It can make us feel inspired, but also unmotivated. It has the potential to improve our life and let us do things with ease but can also become a distraction from our real life. How do you manage to use it to your advantage without letting it get in your way (and in your head)?
