this week I really wanted to explore the idea of seeking, accepting or rejecting help when we are trying to be an independent person. I have to admit the presentation may be amateur but I believe I got the meaning of the concept across, maybe we will explore this in a much deeper and meaningful way when I gain more experience as I do more of these episodes.
