Amy has endometriosis and has also been diagnosed with IC, fibro, Mast cell activation syndrome, and Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth. She was diagnosed with endo at thirty-three, sixteen years after her symptoms began. She’s the content creator of the popular podcast called In Sixteen Years of Endometriosis. With her co-host Brittany, they laugh, cry, and shout about all things endometriosis. Amy is also the author of Finding Peace with a Devastating Disease. It's a beautifully raw and honest collection of seventy-six reflections on acceptance, meaning, and self-compassion.
