Joel ‘Chata’ Rivera & Marcelo Moran stop by the Nosara Podcast to fill us in about Saturday’s surf tournament in addition to actions local surfers are taking to help their community & promote relationships between ALL segments of Nosara’s residents & guests. these guys wanna make a difference and are looking the whole these contest on a regular basis with the idea to help the local community while uniting every demographic inside this community.   This Saturday’s contest is probably one of the more fun ones … the admission C is school supplies for children, or anything that helps more local kids get into school. People can pay for their uniforms, shoes, bring paper, pencils, basically any supply that helps children will get you into this fun based contest, The winners can earn some money, but the real goal here is to promote community support for the local children.
