Part 1 - Grant chats to Hermes manager Steven Watson about their recent away wins at Dyce and Bridge of Don Thistle and look ahead to Steven's team's defence of the competition, kicking off at home to Sunnybank on Friday night.

Part 2 - Dave speaks to New Elgin committee member Dean McCall about their home tie with Islavale as the home team look to bounce back from losing their unbeaten start to the season last weekend at Westdyke CC Juniors.

Part 3- Buchanhaven Hearts manager Bob Buchan highlights their team's tough start to the season and look ahead to their blockbuster tie away to high flying Hall Russell United at Denmore Park.
