It was formerly known as the North Region Junior Football Association and the league sits at levels 6–7 on the Scottish League Pyramid system, acting as a feeder to the Highland League. Banchory St Ternan manager Colin Shirreffs join hosts Grant and Dave on this week's podcast to discuss the Championship side's start to the season.

The guys review the weekend's games in the Championship where Fraserburgh United continue to set the pace while Glentanar record another impressive home victory and Westdyke make it 3 wins in a row.

In the Premier League, it was a blockbuster weekend with Dyce taking on Hermes in a classic at Iain Mair Park while defending champions Culter recovered from 2-0 down to claim a point against leaders Bridge of Don Thistle. Lots to discuss there plus wins for Maud, Stonehaven and Rothie Rovers as well as Sunnybank moving off the bottom.
