real talk: it's been a tough week

it's been a tough week this week, my kids have been ill, I haven't been well myself - my cup is... empty shall we say.

It got me thinking, though about how I DO NOT look after myself as well as I should, so this episode was therapy for me and I discussed the things I need to do to change that
