In today's episode, I share 10 things someone with infertility never tells their friends. As always, these opinions are my own. These are just some things that I have battled with internally on how to share with my friends.

Here are the 10 things I share:

1. I cry a lot but still smile. 2. I appreciate hugs, not advice. 3. Yep, it hurts every time (still). 4. I put my feelings aside for others because I feel guilty. 5. I am sad for me but happy for you. 6. I need days alone to just grieve. 7. I still want to be included in stuff. 8. I feel like an outsider sometimes. 9. I can't hear or see someone complain about pregnancy/their baby. 10. I appreciate you telling me you're pregnant one on one, but please tell me any way you want!
