Welcome to Solasta! We're going to explore the badlands together, most people die there but don't mind that, the dice rolls will surely favor you. Unless you get a 1 on that d20, then you better start hoping that you're one of the four main characters in the story or else you might not be returning from the badlands. I wouldn't worry about it, honestly. You still get saving throws and surely you'll pass that.
