0053 Violence: Gang Violence Part 2

An examination of the context of the origin of one of the more recognized gang of the past decades.  This is a historical look at an 1850's American Filibuster and the civil war in El Salvador in the 1970's-1990's both of which give the name and context for the beginnings of MS13.
