The past week or so has been a very eventful one. I’ve been struggling with some mental health stuff, and I’ve tried recording another full episode, but getting my thoughts right has been elusive. New episodes of @TheTinyChefShow premiered earlier today! Cheffy is still out there saving the day for me. If you really want a good idea of what it’s like when things ARE going well, watch this video (https://youtu.be/oaDTiWaYfcM?t=1086) to see Jon Stewart’s reaction to the confidence I find so important to getting through the day. I’m going to start a new tradition of including some mental health resources I’ve found helpful recently after each episode.
