There is fear of the unknown and then, there's fear of failure. When you're too scared to fail, you end up doing nothing.
Validation is another realm of fear that gives other people the power to determine your fate almost all the time. It is good that you're asking questions, but the main thing is to find out if you're asking the right ones and people.
