It’s a busy ass month!  May is AAPI Heritage Month, Menstrual Hygiene Month, and Indian Arrival Day all over the diasporas.  We’ve got some things going on when it comes to honouring all of these movements which are of great importance to us.  So, this week, and this month we’re bringing you previously recorded content from other shows.  Ang had the pleasure of hanging with Alite and Mike, co-hosts of the High Phrase podcast.  The conversation went in many directions including growing up Brown, therapy, representation in politics, and of course racism.  We hope you enjoy this very candid conversation with Ang.
