Ok. Here we go! Day 1/60

So I may have proclaimed I will be documenting my health journey for the next 60 days. First of all I need to get crystal clear about my goals. 

So often we know what to do but just knowing what to do first can trip us up! 

What do you want to achieve over these next 60 days? What specifically? How will you know if you have achieved it?
