A place to promote the good without sounding like a cookie cutter hallmark card..because at the end of the day, everyone is just trying to figure out what the hell is going on.

Denise's college friends, (and hosts of It's Wednesday My Dudes podcast) Ruxx and Bryan join the podcast this week to talk all things New Year. They discuss their thoughts on resolutions, share some of their own, and discuss what they've learned in 2021. We also learn that Bryan has a note in his phone for basically every breath he's taken since 2011 and Ruxx encourages everyone to just 'feel your shit.'
