As a Senior HR Manager with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), she received her International Coaching Federation-accredited certification through the Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC). She specializes in Executive, Professional, Business, and Life Coaching. She has had the opportunity to train, mentor, and coach many employees, supervisors, managers, and executives for NASA and other Federal organizations.
