Paulo Arranaga-Grayson and Mell McCracken welcome Sheku Fofana, the psychiatric nurse practitioner at No Matter What Recovery Detox. The three behavioral health professionals discuss and define Chemsex and its impact on the Queer community. Furthering the discussion, they talk about the complexities of detoxing off of stimulants, the chemical composition of crystal meth, how it affects the mind, body, and spirit, and navigating sober sex in early sobriety. Lastly, they discuss the impact of apps on a Queer person of color, internalized racism, and other timely conversation about community and self acceptance.
