How To Make Salt Water Sole
Since it contains just two ingredients, making sole is a fairly straightforward process and can it be put together in under five minutes. It is also relatively inexpensive. Just be sure to buy your salt in bulk to cut down on cost!
What you’ll need:
* Glass mason jar with a plastic lid
* 1-2 cups Himalayan Salt or any other nutrient-rich salt such as Grey Atlantic Sea Salt
* Filtered water
What to do:
1. Fill your mason jar to about the ¼ mark with salt.
2. Add filtered water (it doesn’t matter what temperature) until about an inch remains at the top of the jar.
3. Firmly twist the lid onto the jar and shake slightly to combine.
4. Let sit overnight.
5. In the morning, if all the salt is dissolved, add more and wait another night. Repeat the process until some remains at the bottom of the jar in the morning.
6. Once no more salt will dissolve, this means the water is fully saturated and your sole is ready to go.
How to use it:
Store at room temperature on your counter or in your pantry until it is gone. Sole won’t go bad due to salt’s natural preservation properties. Mix 1 tsp of the tonic in a glass of water and sip in the morning on an empty stomach. It is important to dilute sole to prevent adverse side effects. Remember, salt and metal don’t mix so use a plastic measuring spoon to get the correct amount.
