Ms Malhotra completed her B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Technology from the institute and has more than 25 years of experience as a software engineer in companies such as Tata Unisys, Terayon Communication Systems and RGB Networks. She also served as the Manager at Verizon before she launched her visionary Blue Astral, specializing in Marketing, Web and App development.

In this special episode, she discusses her experience in the tech field, advice for aspiring engineers, her outlook on gender-based discrimination in workplaces and much more.
