There are also interconnected struggles stemming from divisiveness, such as relationship strain, identity threat, and compassion fatigue. Let’s face it. Life feels like a lot lately. Here is the thing….We aren’t going to improve our well-being without intentional interventions. In this conversation I share thoughts on the importance of taking action to break the cycle of divisiveness through individual practices, community engagement, and fostering meaningful connections.
