Anxiety is something we have everyday and it's part of our life but with simple tricks u can minimise it to some extent so here is my recording and experience thank you.
This is just about me and my insecurity and how I am overcoming it and sometimes this thought hits me hard. Trust me all are messed up let's cheer up and practice self love it's not one day process it's a long process please join me in this process.
I am talking how you can over come your fears of body insecurity ,in today's life body insecurity is something we always face as a so called 'ugly and not pretty' it did take a toll on my mental health and well being . Some of ideas which have been told here was experimented and I did feel better and better.
I know lot us try to follow this but end up hurting anyone ,but if you consiously keep it inside your brain and keep reminding yourself quiet often I thing there are less chance that you will end up hurting some one and probably make their day.
