Name 2 SE 12 - On Joy and Vulnerability
Letting go is the hardest thing to do, what I've learned is that it's extremely important to be honest with self and to allow the mourning process. πŸ™πŸ» I used to try and immediately go to the lesson, rather than allowing myself to just feel the sadness and admit it sucks. I'm still working on that. It doesn't take long for me to get to the lesson part, the mourning part I used to avoid. It just prolongs the pain that way, I've learned.
