In this episode, I invited my husband — Paul Beri, a freelance piano teacher and a musician based in Paris.
We come from different worlds — one in the fitness and wellness field, the other in music — but we both chose to live as freelancers in Paris. Through very different teaching environments, we each navigate the challenges of freelance life in our own way.
In this episode, we talk about:
– The ups and downs of teaching in Paris– The differences between our student groups (yoga vs. piano)– How we manage our freelance schedules– And the cultural shocks and hilarious everyday moments that come with living and working in France
