This week we brought a special guest to talk all things new grad nursing!

Caroline Danna MSN, RN is a new graduate nurse career coach with services available that provide new nurses with insights and resources that will strategically empower them as candidates within the competitive new graduate job market. Caroline has been a nurse since 2012 and has over a decade of experience hiring seasoned and new graduate nurses at both a small community hospital as well as a large level I trauma center and academic hospital setting. In addition to working within her business, Caroline is also a Clinical Instructor and enjoys mentoring nursing students part time. Caroline resides with her husband, three children, and dog along the shoreline in CT where she enjoys cheering for her kids in all their activities, long distance running, reading, relaxing at the beach and anything involvingfamily time.
