Sometimes you don't get the notification that it is time for change, what happens when you can't control what is happening around you and your world feels like is falling apart? What happens when whatever you are trying to hold on to seems to be slipping out of your hands because all you want to do is still have something that has always been apart of you to remain with you truth be told it's hard to accept that change is happening especially when you have your own plans in mind, yes change is scary, In this episode i talk about embracing change and how change redirects us, we might just be too comfortable and an interruption be necessary so that we too can change.
