My conversation with Lisa centers around adult-to-adult relationships - in particular but not limited to in the workplace. I’ve known Lisa since we first met at Meaning Conf in Brighton in 2019. I had listened to many episodes on her podcast Leadermorphosis before, so I walked up to her when I saw her during a break at the conference to express my appreciation for spreading the word about New Work. She’s kept doing so consistently since. With her podcast, with blog posts, with conference talks, and with a book that she co-authored. She’s considered one of the most influential voices in the New Work community. And rightfully so. I appreciate Lisa for being a bit of a nerd around the topic of self-organization.
