Jon Cook - Pasteurisation extends shelf life but it does not extend gut health

In this podcast, Khush chats with Jon Cook who is a raw milk farmer.

Some serious WOW moments!

Have a listen and share with your friends and family.

This podcast is for you if:

  • You value your health
  • Drink dairy milk from the supermarket
  • Have insulin resistance
  • Are overweight
  • Think raw milk will give you a life-threatening disease
  • Are dairy milk intolerant or allergic

Jon Cook is head of the herd at Quarry Farm in Wiltshire. He grew up on raw milk and is alive and well, so much so that he shares his story of how his journey to health, reversing type 2 diabetes, not only transformed his health and wellbeing but the health and wellbeing of his herd, his farm as well as the milk they provide.

Jon explains pasteurisation, homogenisation, how he weaned himself and his herd off 'addictive' carbs.

This podcast is a must for those who value their health and the health of their family.
