Why we're all so bloody tired (with Hayley Stockbridge)

We all know that 'mum tired' is in its own league of tired. But at what point do we need to stop and decide to do something about it? How long are we expected to exist like zombies? These are the questions I brought to my naturopath Hayley Stockbridge when I well and truly hit a wall at around 7 months post partum. She shared some amazing insights as to what's actually going on in my body, and some helpful tips about what I could do to get back on track. She's kindly agreed to join us this week to share her knowledge with you!

You can find out more about Hayley's work at her website, and follow her on instagram!
