Yes...this is the dude who invented the Snoo. He's also a paediatrician with over 40 years experience, a grandfather, author and...pretty fun dude! Today's chat with Dr Harvey Karp touches on so many important topics - perhaps most importantly the unique challenges we face as parents in 2022. There are also some fantastic tips for dealing with toddler meltdowns, which will no doubt come in handy for me soon. I loved Dr Karp's refreshing, relaxed and honest approach, and to be honest so much of what he said made me feel so much better about myself as a parent and the journey I'm on.
