With costs, seeming to be higher than ever, the thought of owning a home here in Canada at a younger age, seems very foreign to many Canadians, especially young Canadians. I wanted to share my opinion on the state of Canadian real estate, and why I think that more young Canadians should think a little bit differently about owning their first home or owning a home in general, and potentially give up on buying a home. I think it’s unfortunate that the real estate market is expensive as it is in the major markets, but I think there is some positive that we can take away about what to do about it.
