This seminar will explore how humble and sustainable leadership empowers lasting transformation. What Scripture reveals about leadership is that God develops our character through an “active passivity” as we rely on Him. It is often through our greatest successes that God develops humility, and our more challenging weaknesses that He develops strength. Join us for this conversation between two leaders at different stages of the leadership journey as we think through how God shapes leaders and how this prepares us for a sustainable ministry. Our aim is to encourage both existing leaders, and those who are starting off on their own journey of leadership.
