Episodes were recorded in part in Edinburgh's War Poets rooms, where the great poets Wilfred Owen (1893-1918) and Siegfried Sassoon (1886-1967) famously met and became friends during The Great War. At the time, the building was Craiglockhart War Hospital, and the two men were being treated for neurasthenia (shellshock or PTSD). It is now part of Edinburgh Napier University, and the headquarters of the Scotland Veterans Wellbeing Alliance.
