With over 25 years of experience, he has built, from conception to inception, some of the best-known firms in the market place.  

His most recent tenure for 7 years ,was with Primis Mortgage Network, Part of the LSL Group of Companies.   

Highlights included; 10 Consecutive, Contribution To Sales, Winner for Recruitment Most profitable Region Number 1 Region for Protection for both Value and Volume Number 1 Region for Volume of Mortgages written. 

Initially heavily involved in the Financial and Property markets, which lead to numerous opportunities in Business Growth, Structuring and Development .  

Responsible for establishing and building 5 successful National Companies, including an FCA regulated Network of almost 500 ARs within 12 regional offices.  

Coaching, Mentoring and Business Development skills training being subsequently delivered to numerous National and Regional Financial Services Firms from Sole Traders to Principals with 100+ Advisors. 

Other opportunities also led to a number of years experience training Business start-ups and SMEs.
