Sara's diagnosis came in her early thirties when she went to the doctor for an unrelated issue. The doctor suggested she see a social worker, who diagnosed her with neurodivergence. After starting medication, Sara learned more about how her brain works, which changed her life. She emphasized the importance of having a comfortable space for people with neurodivergence.
