Listen in as we get annoyed and frustrated over recounting our tales with entitlement. Some customers just think they are the absolute bees knees. Some people just act like they are special and above everything and everyone else.
On the flip side, some staff almost have the extreme mentality that "the customer is always wrong" and that they themselves can do no wrong.
It's all about accountability and deniability.
