Brain Injury Awareness Month with Synapse at Virginia Tech
This week on Neural Networking we talk to Synapse from Virginia Tech! Synapse is an organization that supports individuals with brain injuries through a strong social support network, raising public awareness, and creating a community of advocates. This month is Brain Injury Awareness Month, and Synapse is doing a lot around campus and our community to help others. We talk about why brain injuries are an important topic, what services Synapse provides, fun things they do, and why you should get involved.
