This week we have the wonderful Stuart Bishop from @stuiestyle on IG and www.stuiestlye.com. He is a wellness consultant, a Reiki Master teacher, yoga teacher & trainer, dog dad, retreat host and so so much more.
In this episode we talk about how Stuart and I met through Faith Hunter's YTT (Yoga Teacher Training Program) back in 2020 and how life and business have been since dealing with COVID, loss, life and constant change.
