In this episode of the WiMSA Mining Indaba series, Petro du Pisani speaks to Barbara who explains how iWiM connects women-in-mining (WiM) organisations across the world. She describes how WiM organisations play an important role in promoting and developing women working in the mining industry. iWiM currently includes over 100 WiM organisations across 55 countries. In 2021 iWiM launched the WiM alliance which aims to help WiM organisations collaborate and come closer together.
